Developing Managerial Mindset (DMM) is a programme delivered by the Lincoln International Business School aimed at supporting managers with line management, personal development and change and business management. Over 100 delegates from over 40 local organisations have now successfully completed their studies and the team are looking forward to welcoming a new cohort shortly!
The programme consists of six workshops delivered by trained professionals over a six-month period, providing an ideal opportunity for participants from a variety of sectors to share best practice. The facilitators, who have a plethora of industry experience, share their specialist knowledge and assist managers in learning how to implement theory into practice in the workplace.
Face to face learning within the Executive Development Suite at the Business School provides a professional environment in which to learn, with workshops including theoretical and practical activities. Workshop materials are reviewed regularly to ensure that the course meets the challenging needs of today’s business environments.
