On 25th January 2023, the Humint Centre of Excellence (HCoE) Director, Colonel Florin Tomiuc visited the University of Lincoln, following the invitation from Dr. Craig Marsh, Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of Lincoln International Business School. During the visit, Colonel Tomiuc and Dr. Craig Marsh signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions, a document that covers the general framework for future cooperation between the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence and the University of Lincoln. This initial step is to set the foundation for future common endeavours that would combine the knowledge, skills and determination for excellence of a highly rated UK University and the competence, skills and experience of HCOE in the pursuit of NATO capability development.
