Congratulations to Lincoln International Business School academic, Dr Andrea Caputo, who is celebrating the release of his latest book.
Released this year, and co-authored by Massimiliano M. Pellegrini, Entrepreneurial Behaviour: Unveiling the Cognitive and Emotional Aspects of Entrepreneurship, provides a range of scholarly explorations as to how decisions permeate the success of entrepreneurial ventures throughout their life cycle.
This bridges the gaps in current research on entrepreneurship and innovative behaviours with decision making and negotiation.
The success, longevity, and survival of SMEs are deeply linked to the effectiveness of individual decision-making processes, and established firms need to develop an entrepreneurial decision-making processes to maintain competitive advantages in a continuously changing and increasingly turbulent environment.
Dr Caputo commented on his book release: “Massimiliano and I are delighted with the publication of this book, which reflects years of research and collaboration.
“Having observed a deficit in recent research on entrepreneurship and innovative behaviours, we hope that this contribution will be an asset to those readers interested in this area of study.”
