Lincoln International Business School provides mentorship to EduBiz Youth, a social enterprise based in Oradea, Romania, run entirely by the youth membership with the aim of providing coaching, mentoring and employment opportunities to children and young adults in the city.
Many of the young people in EduBiz are from disadvantaged backgrounds, and the organisation has already proved transformational for hundreds of its members over the last few years.
Although delayed by the pandemic, the founder of EduBiz, the inspirational female entrepreneur Teodora Chifor, is discussing student exchanges to Lincoln with the Global Experiences Team that we hope will come to fruition in 2021.
Teodora will also begin her PhD in 2021 under Dr. Craig Marsh, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and head of the Lincoln International Business School.

“Your valuable advice helped us to develop our volunteering projects in community, reaching hundreds of children and teens, vulnerable families and elderly people.”
