The CMDA provides hands-on training, with opportunities to achieve a set of industry-recognised qualifications that can enhance a CV. CMDA apprentices are able to study a range of modules that can develop knowledge and skills and allow these to be applied directly into the workplace. This course is aimed at those who are new to management, middle manager roles and/or aspiring managers. Studying on the CMDA can help develop confidence and self-management skills, while also providing opportunities for networking.
Flexible delivery allows for both work and study, and dedicated industry-experienced lecturers and tutors from the University of Lincoln will guide apprentices through their journey.
