Congratulations to Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance James Wright and also to Lewis Knight, an undergraduate Business Studies student who both participated in the 26.2 mile Guernsey Marathon on the 3rdApril.
James, an avid runner who you’ll often see in training, pounding the streets of Lincoln was delighted to return to his home for the event, with he and Lewis completing the epic test of endurance and stamina in under four hours! James achieved overall 46th position with a time of 3 hours 57 minutes, and Lewis at 49th position with a time of 3 hours 59 minutes. A great achievement for them both!
Lewis, currently in the second year of his studies will be travelling abroad for the 2022-2023 academic year to study at the University of Guelph, a partner University of LIBS. We wish him the very best of luck!
