- How has the course helped you personally? – It has made view and approach situations with more understanding and consideration and improve my lateral thinking with regards to overcoming challenges.
- What modules did you find most helpful and why? – I did find some topics more interesting than others for example, managing a team through change. However, I enjoyed most topics because of the open discussions which took place around them, by the group lead by the tutor.
